Wisbech Town Council is inviting expressions of interest for a new operator to run the café at the pavilion in Wisbech Park.
It says the arrangement with the current operator ends on November 3 and the space will be available for a new individual or business to take over.
Those who express an interest will receive an application form and will be given the chance to view the pavilion building.
Applicants will be required to provide information such as proposed operating times, details of the proposed menu on offer and the annual rent they are willing to pay.
The town council states the successful operator will be responsible for cleaning the café area and the internal toilets, and for the collection and disposal any waste generated.
They will also be required to possess Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5m.

The current operators Crazy Cow Cafe moved into the pavilion in March and announced they were leaving last month.
When they opened, a cheese-topped breaded chicken dish that originates from Teeside was initially a huge hit among customers.
