A Cambridgeshire cottage renovation project is set to go under the hammer later this month, on September 18.
The property, at 29 Dovecote Road in Upwell, is among 178 offerings in the latest auction by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
The lot, offering a cosy village setting, has a freehold guide price between £80,000 to £100,000.
Regional director & auctioneer Paul Bridgeman said: “This renovation project situated in the Cambridgeshire Fenland village of Upwell is approximately six-and-a-half miles to the south of Wisbech.

“We understand from the seller that the building used to house three dwellings but planning permission has been obtained for proposed refurbishment and part re-build of the existing cottage.
“Renovation work has commenced and the project is in need of completing. We consider it ideal for a builder or developer keen to get on with a project with a layer of red tape already stripped away.”
The site covers 0.08 hectares and is conveniently placed near major road networks, the A47 and A10.
The bidding opens on September 16.
