Plans have been submitted to convert a former shop in Wisbech into new flats.
Fenland District Council has received a planning application from Whitfield Portfolio Ltd to turn an old fishing bait shop into two studio flats.
The building used to be the Fishing, Tackle and Bait shop at 3 Church View, Orange Grove, but it has been vacant for some time.
The planning application seek to convert the ground floor shop to become two studio flats and use the space at the back of the unit as a storeroom.

The flats are set to be one bedroom and will be market housing.
Three additional parking spaces are also included in the plans.
Fenland District Council have set a decision target date of September 4, 2024, for the plans.
