An abandoned car has been seized by Fenland District Council six months after it was left in a car park.

Cambridgeshire Police officers on patrol in Wisbech yesterday (July 18) noticed a car in the free car park. It turned out that the car had been parked there for six months.

The officers carried out checks on the car and found that it wasn't taxed and had no MOT. The force contacted Fenland District Council who deemed the car abandoned.
