Nine "brave souls" raised £2,000 for a Wisbech hospice charity by completing a fire walk.
Organised by the Alan Hudson Centre, the evening was hosted by Fire Walk UK, who gifted the places to participants.
The event kicked off with a briefing by Fire Walk UK, leading to an unforgettable experience.
"Not only did our daring nine excel by walking on hot embers, but they also collectively raised over £2000 to support people with advanced serious illnesses or other life-limiting conditions," said a spokesperson for Alan Hudson Centre.
"Among the participants were two familiar faces from the Alan Hudson Centre, nurses Claire and Sarah.
"They were anxious ahead of the fire walk but felt amazing afterwards.
"Raising £1000 between them for the Alan Hudson Centre made them feel extremely proud.
"A huge thank you to Firewalk UK and our brilliant TeamArthur for taking on this challenge. Well done for making every moment count."
