A care home in Wisbech enjoyed a visit from March and District Model Railway Club on May 14.
Staff, residents and guests at Rose Lodge enjoyed observing Keith set up the model trains and railway lines and even got involved with coupling and uncoupling different train carriages.
One resident, Bill, reminisced about the trains he used to build years ago, Keith and the team said they would kindly donate him a train set so that he could enjoy building his own again.
Megan Jones, general manager of Rose Lodge, said: “Our residents really enjoyed watching the model trains.
“The level of detail in the surrounding buildings and landscapes were amazing.
“We would like to thank Keith and all at The March and District Model Railway Club for their visit and we can’t wait to see them again”
Resident, Wendy, said: “It was absolutely brilliant and so clever!”
