A Wisbech care home is holding an event to honour the decade-long service of its manager.
Dove Court Care Home, which is part of Larchwood Care, will commend Nicole Thompson during a 'day of festivities' this Friday (April 26).
There will be bingo, karaoke, mocktails and a presentation by Larchwood Care’s chief executive Tony Stein.
Cllr Peter Human and Mrs Janet Tanfield, Mayor and Mayoress of Wisbech, will also join guests.
Nicole started at the home on April 28, 2014, as interim home manager and became full-time home manager in August 2014.
Nicole Thompson said: "It has been a privilege to lead Dove Court and witness the impact we’ve made in our residents’ lives.
"I have an amazing team, with many long-standing colleagues, and they go above and beyond to provide the highest quality of care.
"This celebration not only marks my personal journey but also the growth and success of our entire community here at Dove Court."
Tony Stein, chief executive of Larchwood Care, will honour Nicole’s dedicated service during the event.
He said: "Nicole’s commitment to excellence in care is evident in everything she does.
"She embodies the spirit and values of Larchwood Care, making her an invaluable leader in our organisation.
"We look forward to celebrating this milestone with her and the whole Dove Court community."
