A shopping centre in Wisbech is holding an Easter fun day on Saturday March 30.
The Horsefair is running the event from 12-2pm with various workshops, entertainment and a link up with The Wisbech Lions to support their fundraising for the year.
An egg decorating workshop will be hosted by artist Syrah Arnold, assisted by Molly and Nathanael, outside the Remo store from 12-2pm.
Children and families are invited to come along with their hard boiled egg ready to decorate them for Easter.
They can then take their art master home or race it against other eggs that have been decorated on the day, down a purpose build race track.
In the event of poor weather, the event will be hosted in the exhibitions/workshop space within the Remo shop.
There will also be a balloon artist making Easter sculptures and the Lions will be outside Superdrug (opposite Greggs) with the fundraising stall.
Two fairground rides will be in the area outside Hughes and the Boots stores (admission will be charged).
More information can be found on the Horsefair's Facebook page and website.
Mark Broadhead, centre manager, said: "The Horsefair shopping Centre is delighted to be hosting the Easter community event.
"We hope that all who attend have a fun-packed time decorating eggs in our workshops, with the ultimate challenge of egg racing if you dare.
"We are also pleased to have our very popular balloon artist here from 12-2pm."
Artist Syrah Arnold said: "This is a lovely opportunity for people in and around Wisbech to come together for a little bit of creative fun with a tiny bit of humorous competition thrown in in the shape of an egg race too.
"We'll be using paints, tissue papers and pens, materials which are suitable for all ages, and we do hope that families will come together to celebrate Easter and their community."
