A member of the public flagged down police in Wisbech on Saturday morning after they found a pig in a front garden.
Working together in Mount Pleasant Road on Saturday morning, the little chap was caught and safely taken to a nearby small holding where it was being looked after until its owner was found.
"They say no two days in policing are ever the same," said officers of the incident.
