Plans have been submitted to Fenland District Council to demolish the old Milk&More building at the Dairy Crest site near Wisbech.
The site is on Begdale Road in Elm and is set to be repurposed as parking.
The plans were received by Fenland District Council on February 15 and validated on February 27.
The application was submitted by BioMarsh Environmental Ltd, which is a waste disposal company based in Essex.
The company work on "the clearing of sewers, septic tanks and waste removal of sewage and hazardous waste".
On the application form, it states that the building set to be knocked down is the 'Cold Store Building' at the former Milk&More hub.
The reason stated as to why the demolition should take place is "building in disrepair and no longer required".
The proposed restoration of the site is: "Building demolished to ground level - area re-purposed as parking."
