A man is due to appear in court today (August 18) in connection with a break-in at a pub in Wisbech last weekend.
Richard Lake, 34, was arrested in Wisbech on Wednesday afternoon (August 16) by the Cambridgeshire neighbourhood policing team.
Detectives have since charged him with burglary with intent to steal from The Sportsman, Main Road, Elm, on August 12.
He was also charged with theft of two bottles of Jack Daniels from Harans All in One Store, Norfolk Street, Wisbech, on May 1.

Lake, of Kingfisher Drive, Wisbech, has been remanded in custody to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today.
